We are seeking a highly skilled Project Estimator who embodies our core values and is passionate about accurate, detail-oriented estimating that supports profitable, high-integrity projects. Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze blueprints, specifications, project plans, and requirements to fully understand project scope.
- Evaluate all factors affecting costs—materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, site conditions, and risks—with extreme ownership and attention to detail.
- Prepare detailed and accurate material takeoffs, labor estimates, and cost projections, reflecting high standards of craftsmanship.
- Build and maintain trust-based relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and suppliers through honest and respectful communication.
- Manage bid data, historical costs, and market trends to create competitive and realistic cost analyses.
- Present clear and professional estimates to management, clients, and project teams, making complex information understandable.
- Track and compile actual costs after project completion to improve future estimates, showing tenacity in continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with in-house craftsmen, project managers, and leadership to ensure estimates align with company values and client satisfaction.
- Foster a positive team culture by embracing humor, supporting colleagues, and practicing servant leadership.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in construction estimating, preferably in residential custom homes, renovations, and/or historical restoration projects.
- Strong proficiency in mathematics, data analysis, and cost modeling; exceptional attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Expertise in reading and interpreting technical documents, blueprints, and specifications.
- Advanced skills with estimating tools, spreadsheets (e.g., Excel), database management, and industry-standard estimating software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and present estimates persuasively to clients and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated Grit and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy under deadlines.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with a proven track record of meeting commitments.

Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable, hard-working Laborer with a mix of construction know-how and practical, hands-on equipment skills. This role is perfect for someone with strong mechanical aptitude and a background in hands-on, outdoor work—comfortable pitching in wherever needed, figuring things out on the fly, and keeping jobs moving.The right candidate will be able to handle basic construction labor, use tools safely, and operate or assist with equipment such as trailers, trucks, and small machinery. You’ll also help with site prep, cleanup, and material handling, and you’ll take pride in doing quality work the first time.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor including site cleanup, debris removal, and material handling.
- Safely operate basic hand and power tools.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down job sites.
- Hook up, load, and unload trash trailers, equipment trailers, and small machinery.
- Drive trucks with attached trailers as needed (valid driver’s license required).
- Assist with minor equipment troubleshooting and maintenance (changing a tire, greasing fittings, checking fluids).
- Follow instructions from supervisors and work independently when needed.
- Ensure all work meets company safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Required: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Previous experience in construction, agriculture, landscaping, or similar physical labor roles preferred.
- Basic mechanical skills—comfortable with tools, small repairs, and hooking up trailers.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow safety protocols.
Work Environment
- Outdoor work in all seasons and weather conditions.
- Frequent bending, lifting, carrying, and standing for long periods.

Site Supervisor – High-End Residential & Historic Restoration

The Role: As Site Supervisor, you are the on-site leader responsible for the successful day-to-day execution and final outcome of our most visible projects. You run the job like it’s your own company: plan it, resource it, drive it, and stand behind every detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Full ownership of project schedule, budget, quality, and safety from mobilization to punchlist
- Build and lead a high-performing team of C2MG carpenters and subcontractors—set the standard, hold everyone accountable
- Select, onboard, direct, and continuously evaluate subcontractors; enforce scope, schedule, and quality without exception
- Develop and maintain the detailed project schedule; anticipate issues, adjust proactively, and keep the client and office informed
- Conduct regular quality inspections at every critical phase; approve or reject work before it’s covered
- Solve problems in real time—design conflicts, material delays, weather, whatever it takes
- Maintain a safe, organized, and professional job site that complies with all OSHA and local regulations
- Communicate clearly and frequently with clients, architects, designers, and the C2MG office team
- Protect the company’s reputation by delivering on promises and adding value wherever possible
What You Bring
- 7+ years of field experience in high-end residential construction and/or historic restoration
- Proven track record running projects $1M–$10M+ from start to finish
- Deep understanding and daily practice of Extreme Ownership principles
- Strong leadership skills—you can motivate a crew, coach performance, and have the hard conversations when needed
- Mastery of scheduling software (Buildertrend preferred), blueprints, and construction details
- Exceptional problem-solving ability under pressure
- Professional presence when dealing with discerning clients and design teams
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain immediately)
